BIO
Success is simple, not easy! What I mean by this is, with discipline and drive you can do anything you set your mind to! I had an impressive start to my career in Tampa, Florida in 2008, where I helped many homeowners stay out of foreclosure with much success. Over the years I have leveraged my knowledge in the industry to sell homes, create a network of local agents to connect with and most importantly be a mentor for those fresh faces entering the real estate industry. Support, integrity, determination, and fairness are my core values. My strong communication skills with other brokers and my commitment to educating myself in our craft has not only garnished the respect of my fellow colleagues but has allowed me to create a solid firm of brokers committed to these ideals when helping homeowners acquire and protect the biggest asset of their lives.
Most days you will find me on the phone networking and connecting buyers, sellers and agents!
On a personal note, I met my wonderful husband here in Asheville. Together, we rescue senior animals who are left behind in the rescue shelters. We call our home the "Pearly Gates", after a beloved rescue that changed our lives and set forth the course we are on now. If I am not working, you will find me cooking! Cooking is my love language and I find great joy sharing my creations with my friends and family. I also love to read, hike the mountains, and fish! If you want to know some good fishing spots, I can plug you in. Full Service Real Estate, Full Service Lifestyle. HHB

BIO
Originally from Long Island, New York, I traveled through Asheville for the first time in 2003 and knew immediately that I was Home. Following graduation from Grinnell College and a post in Boston, I listened to my gut, took a faithful leap, and flew South, landing in Montford, Asheville's Historic District. Throughout my years in town, I have worn several professional hats, serving in Development Departments for Arts and Human Service Non-Profit organizations and running my own business as a Yoga Therapist. As a long-time community member and homeowner with experience renovating, building, buying, selling, and leasing, I bring a wealth of connections, relationships, and resources to Landon Key. I am a hard working Connector who loves to make things happen. Mindfulness, honesty, kindness, integrity, and compassion drive my relationship-centered work in this world. Combining my diverse work and life skill set as a REALTOR, I pride myself on really knowing my clients, understanding their goals, and guiding them through a positive experience from start to finish.
As a volunteer, I serve on the Board of the Asheville Contemporary Dance Theater / The New Studio of Dance. When not working with clients or volunteering my time, you will find me having fun on the Pickleball courts, ski slopes, practicing Yoga, enjoying our rivers and mountains, and nesting at home with my family and pets. Together with my wife of 18 years, I am so grateful to be raising our two kids in such a beautiful, welcoming, and dynamic community.

It's through much determination and perseverance in this industry that I have found myself in a career and lifestyle that provides so many gifts - all the while keeping me on my toes, challenging me, and giving endless opportunities to grow and excel. That's the type of person we need to be to make it in this sometimes tumultuous industry. Fortunately, my guiding forces are ethics and hard work. When those are your core values - doing the right thing and navigating challenging situations becomes more easily achievable. This is what I strive to provide for my past, current, and future clients. Plus - I LOVE EDUCATING! There is something so rewarding about helping the first time homebuyer through a complex and sometimes scary home buying process. It's equally rewarding to assist a seasoned investor or real estate savvy consumer by showing them how an agent can go above and beyond - offering tools, resources, and education that they didn't even realize they needed! It's all about building relationships and putting in the work. I am eager to continue in this industry for the long haul.
Throughout my career, I have worked in a couple of big name international brokerages and ultimately have landed at a boutique real estate brokerage, located in the heart of Asheville, where I am given the opportunity to work among some of the best real estate minds in the region. I am surrounded by knowledge, support, and ambition. We are truly dedicated to our crafts here at Landon Key and it's beautiful to be a part of a company whose core values align with mine. We are given the freedom, tools, and support to elevate our individual businesses while simultaneously building closer connections within our team and community. I truly believe this brokerage and the agents in it bring real estate services to the next level. We are all eager to show you how!
On a more personal note, I am a Michigan native and I moved to beautiful Western North Carolina nearly 10 years ago. I have never regretted the decision! I've made a very happy home here in these gorgeous mountains. Before working in real estate sales I worked as a paralegal in several areas of law including criminal, family, civil litigation, and transactional real estate. That work has come in very handy as a Realtor. I am always doing my best to see around corners for my clients and make sure that they are getting the best service and protection possible. I spend my free time with friends, family, and my beloved dog, Kish. I'm a big sports fan and you'll find me cooking up a storm and entertaining on Football Sundays with my loved ones! Exploring Asheville and the beautiful surrounding areas also keeps me busy. There's no shortage of things to do in Western NC. Come see for yourself! I look forward to the opportunity to work with you. Please don't hesitate to contact me today!

This Western New Yorker has been living the dream in Western North Carolina for almost 30 years!!
I have a Bachelor of Science Degree in Speech and Hearing from Elmira NY. I also have a Master's in Education. I was a Speech Therapist for 5 years and a Special Education teacher for another 5 years. Once I started in the Real Estate Business, I knew I had found my dream job.
My "niche" had been working with bank owned foreclosures. I had worked directly with Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac for 17 years. I also represented buyers and investors in the purchase of "Bank Owned Properties". I covered Buncombe, Haywood, Transylvania and Madison Counties.
I have 22+ years of experience in the Real Estate Business. I am currently the Transaction Coordinator for Landon Key Realty. I help the team (both listing side and buyers' side) with preparing their paperwork, doing research prelisting, help with listing and coordinating contracts to close for under contract properties. I am also a licensed Broker and love helping past clients with their Real Estate needs.
I have worked with buyers and sellers in traditional sales and bank owned REO sales. I have a proven marketing plan, track record of success, and a dedication to get the job done!
When I am not working, I love spending time at Biltmore Estate, hiking, gardening, cooking, supporting several Farm Animal Sanctuaries and spending time with friends.

BIO
Born in Western NY, raised in Western MA, I earned my B.A. at Georgia State University, and my subsequent career in corporate leadership afforded me the opportunity to travel throughout the South. In 2006, a new path and leap of faith landed me in the Mountains of Asheville, amidst culture and activities I love: local restaurants and music, craft beverages, kayaking, hiking, river rafting and photography. By any standard, life here is GOOD.
I come from a working class family who taught me the values to live, learn, love and work by: honesty, respect (for myself and others), humility, ethics and determination. I was taught that what you say only has meaning if those words are matched by actions. I was encouraged to be and do whatever I imagined for myself by a mother who wanted me to have choices that she didn't feel that she had. " Own your mistakes, admit when you are wrong, apologize when you should," she would tell my younger brother and me. My dad, a guy of few serious words, said before I left home: "Of all the things that can be lost or taken from you in this world, your Character is not one of them. Your dignity, self respect, honor and trustworthiness will let you rest easy each night and bring you peace during the hard times. And there will be hard times..." Every role I have ever filled has been rooted in Customer Service: bagging ice at Panetti's package store, working my way through college as a waitress, a production assistant for Atlanta video, an independent contractor for Georgia public television, a store manager for Target, and still today, as a Realtor since January 14th, 2008.
I am passionate about empowering people to learn about and prosper from real estate because we know that home ownership continues to be one of the best ways to increase long-term wealth and improve lives. Always a listener first, my words will be backed up with the most current market data. With experience comes wisdom, and I will tell you the truth even when it is hard to hear. I will be beside you every step of your buying and selling journey from "hello" to the Closing Table, and beyond. I am not a one and done kind of girl, I want to be your Realtor for life. My communication skills, reputation for "playing nice with others," diligence, negotiation skills, market expertise and straight-up tenacity will secure your most valued personal investments.
Beyond my work as a Broker, I live as passionately and purposefully as possible with my spouse, our dogs, and value time spent with family and friends. I have taught CPR/AED and First Aid since 2016, and just recently started to serve as a substitute teacher in Buncombe County. My heart is brought alive by my work with special needs children and teachers in the Progressive Education Program (PEP). I have been blessed with so many gifts and in so many ways in my life, it is essential for me to give back by being of service as much as possible.
If you are ready to buy, sell or invest in Real Estate please call me for an appointment to meet in person.
If you decide I'm a good fit for you, then let's accomplish something wonderful.

BIO
Growing up in a large Italian family in Rochester, New York taught me the value of sacrifice and hard work. As a competitive athlete, I learned to embrace competition, teamwork, and welcomed being taught and coached. I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education and shortly after moving to South Florida, I completed my Master's Degree in Education Mathematics K-6 grade.
I became a teacher because I wanted to make a difference and to help change lives. I still get calls from some of my students wanting to let me know how well they are doing or thanking me for caring about them and their dreams. It was an honor to teach kids for nine years in South Florida before moving to Western North Carolina. I felt that it was time for a new start and new adventures. Six years ago I fell in love with these beautiful mountains, the lifestyle, and its people. This is not only my home, but it is the home that I love and I feel a responsibility to make my home a better place for everyone who follows.
I've traveled the world and experienced the complexities and excitement of relocation, meeting new people of diverse backgrounds and becoming part of new communities. My commitment to my clients is always the same. I will listen to what they want and work unceasingly to find what they are looking for. I will be impeccable with my words and demonstrate with my actions how important serving my clients is to me. I believe in kindness, honesty, and my main goal is to become my client's realtor for life.
At Landon Key, our entire team is driven to making your buying, selling, and investing experience as pleasurable and as easy as it should be. We are educators, problem solvers, and for many of our clients, "dream makers." Please allow us to serve you and to prove to you our commitment to excellence.

BIO
I was born and raised in Alabama but moved to North Carolina to attend The University of North Carolina at Greensboro. The summer before attending college, I worked at the YMCA Blue Ridge Assembly in Black Mountain and immediately fell in love with the area. Upon graduation from UNCG, I jumped in my car and drove straight to Asheville. I obtained a teaching job in Hendersonville teaching English as a Foreign Language, which fueled my love for traveling and experiencing a wide variety of cultures, languages and architecture. Almost 25 years later, I invested in the area and bought my first house in 2022.
Education is a natural part of buying or selling real estate, be it the first-time home buyer, mountain home getaway, or the investor looking to capitalize on the many opportunities available. Homeownership is the easiest and fastest way to build equity and a clever path to building a generational wealth legacy. Whether you are selling or buying property, I will be at your side guiding the deal with patience, knowledge, and tenacity which is crucial in getting the deal done.
I spend my downtime gardening, sowing seeds and occasionally buying starts called by the seduction of a good garden shop and volunteering at the local community garden. I am hoping one day my teenagers will have the desire to help with the garden projects, alas, they are teenagers. I have hope.
I moved both my parents to Asheville from Alabama in 2023, doting on them at the assisted living facility and the memory care facility. My personal experience with this life-changing event can benefit clients who find themselves facing the same life challenge.

Having lived in the mountains of Western North Carolina for 15 years, I have seen Asheville grow and change dramatically. The growth has allowed Asheville - and the surrounding mountain towns - to blossom into vibrant and beautiful places, and I love helping people find a place to settle in these areas. I specialize in residential real estate and have deep knowledge about each neighborhood in the Asheville area and what they offer.
